School is Governed by the Franciscan Sisters of Presentation of Mary, Indore to which the Superior General of the Congregation is the President. To manage St. Xavier School she has constituted the managing committee headed by the Regional Superior. The present President is Very Revered Sr. Fabiola Mary, Superior General of the Franciscan Sisters of Presentation of Mary (FSPM). This school is owned and managed by the congregation.
